FanGirl Digital LLC is the owner and operator of The Flyby Site, The Flyby App, Weekly Flyby newsletter, and any related products or services it provides, as well as all content and features thereon.
By accessing or utilizing the Site, the App, the newsletter, or any related products or services provided by FanGirl Digital LLC, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

By accessing or utilizing the Site, the App, the newsletter, or any related products or services provided by FanGirl Digital LLC, you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws; you will not use its various content or features for any illegal or harmful purpose; you will not collect or harvest (or aid anyone else to collect or harvest) any content, including personal data of other users without their consent; you will not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or entity; and you will not use any information obtainable from the Site, App, newsletter, or related products or services to spam others.

Such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site or App (except as noted in the Privacy Policy).
